The mission of the Wilmington E.M. Cooper Memorial Public Library is to increase the visibility and public awareness of libraries and library systems, promoting their value as educational institutions, and a public good that must be sustained and enhanced. In addition, we aim to educate, entertain, and empower the residents of our community.
